I would just like to take a minute to say that I’m in love with SONY right now!  I am on my third SONY camera so you can already see there is strong customer loyalty.

On the third of July I dropped my camera {like that doesn’t happen to you} and was so terribly upset that the lens would no longer retract inside.  What to do? What to do? My friend Lindsey shared a similar, horrific, story of her hubs breaking her camera.  She pointed out - factory warranty?!  I wouldn’t have ever thought of that!

I contacted SONY through their website, they emailed me instructions and all I did was mail it in!  I had no receipt, but I always keep the box and everything that comes with it.  I sent it in and in less than two weeks they sent it back.  NO CHARGE! AND they cleaned the lenses.  Yay!
