TGK?
Yes, my name is Kyle. You say it and spell it just like a boy. I am passionate about home decor, theme parties and my new little family. I was born without an inside voice and if you ever meet my family, you’ll know why. I blame my love of parties on my Mom who ran her own catering business for almost three decades.
I started The Girl Kyle eleven years ago as a baking blog when the cupcake craze exploded. Shortly after, my friends began to get married and I decided why pay anyone else when I could make (and bake) myself! And voila, my empire was born. The millennial in me decided to share my journey and my passions with the world wide web.
Much has changed since then. Now I’m married, a mom, bake far less than I used to, and work full time for the California State Legislature. This website is an curation of all things Kyle, and showcases my evolution.

Cards for the SARCASTIC
Fresh, sassy-as-hell greeting cards from California. My cards are printed just 120 miles down the road, at a small print shop in San Jose. I aim to give customers sharp tongued, inappropriate and unique cards you can’t find at Hallmark. Most of all, I want to share something with people that I would give to my own friends and family.
