Pay it Forward

How is it possible the one little comment can completely change your mood or you day?

In my case, I’m in a waaaaay better mood than I was when I awoke this morning. All my co-worker said was “kyle, you’re losin weight”. Not a question, but a statement… Like it was factual to him.

Eeee! I guess that makes those painstaking trips to the gym worth it.
