Team Building My ASS!

Leo works for one of those “team building” companies. Where they go to your job and then force you to do ropes courses, etc with your co-workers. A) I think team building activities like the one mentioned above are a waste of company money and B) is Leo’s job even real?? Is this a legitimate career?
