Happy Birthday to My Mamacita!

It's my Mother's birthday today!! We've already started celebrating this morning with waffles and a trip to the farmers' market, but tonight my bestie has put together an awesome dinner menu.  If it weren't for Simone my Mom would be stuck with taco salad at every celebratory occasion.  I'm most excited though for her to open her presents, one special one has been hidden away at my house for almost a month! How we've all grown! ;)
