Dear Blog,

We’ve really grown apart in the last year and I’m sure it’s due my relationship status, living situation, my busy calendar and all the other exciting changes going on in my life. Exciting life moments that I’ve completely neglected to share on my blog. Let me catch you up.

Aaaand now you’re caught up on the last few months of my life. I’m sure this brings up a lot of new questions for you so let me try to answer those too. No, we don’t have a date. Probably fall(ish) and it will be local with no actual wedding ceremony. *GASP* As of last week I left Lexus after nine years and I’m now working with the California legislature. Lastly, my new ride is a CT200h. This is my first car in MY name. I’m in it for the gas savings!

With my new position I hope it leads to a better blogging schedule. Mr. Goddard is sending me tons of ideas and I’ve got lots of yummy recipes to share so let’s not call it quits just yet!
